We’ve discovered a potential issue in older Cooluli 10L and 15L refrigerators with an internal power supply, and taking care of it is important to us. So we're voluntarily recalling those specific units and sending eligible customers a free repair kit at no cost. We've worked to make this quick and painless, and we'll be with you every step of the way!

What's the Issue?

On some older units, the selector switch that toggles between Cooling and Warming modes can overheat, which creates a potential fire hazard.

The good news: this is limited to specific older production batches, so most Cooluli refrigerators aren't affected.

Is My Refrigerator Affected?

This recall applies only to:

• Cooluli 10L and 15L refrigerators with an internal power supply

• Model numbers containing 10L or 15L

• Production batches 1535-1545 and 1200000-1202080

Products Not Affected

Current Cooluli refrigerators with an external power supply are not part of this recall.

Important Safety Information

If your refrigerator is part of the recall, please stop using it until your repair is complete.

For every Cooluli refrigerator, recalled or not, these are good habits worth keeping:

• Keep ventilation openings clean and unobstructed.

• Leave at least 2 inches of space behind the refrigerator.

• If you notice smoke or a burning smell, unplug the refrigerator immediately and contact Customer Support. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the refrigerator yourself.

If your model has a selector switch (to change between Cooling and Warming modes), also keep these in mind:

• Turn the selector switch to OFF before plugging in the refrigerator.

• When switching between Cooling and Warming modes, first turn the selector switch to OFF for at least one second.

That closer look turned up a potential safety issue in older Cooluli 10L and 15L refrigerators with an internal power supply, and taking care of it is important to us.
